Being bright

Making sure children are as visible as possible to drivers is always a good idea, especially when walking near driveways on dark winter mornings or evenings. Surprisingly it can sometimes be difficult to find particularly bright coats or jackets for children, especially when choosing outerwear for school. This is when reflective strips, stickers and clips can be useful.

In Ziggy’s Halloween Wish the importance of being bright, especially on a Halloween night when many children dress in dark clothing and are out on the streets, is explored.

Some of the pictures in this section show how practical reflective vests can be when taking a group of children out and about for an active learning experience.
